Lawyer

Kilma Ho is a registered lawyer at the Macau Lawyers Association since 2019. He joins “Vong Hin Fai Lawyers & Private Notary” since 2015 and is currently practicing as a lawyer of the firm. In January 2020, he was granted the qualification of Hong Kong and Macau lawyers by the Department of Justice, Guangdong Province, and is currently Macau lawyer of Renhe QiBang Xianhui (Hengqin) Joint Law Firm.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Honours College of the University of Macau in 2015 with Bachelor Degree in Law and a Certificate of Honours College. In 2014, he completed the third year study of the Program of Bachelor of Law at the University of Coimbra in Portugal as an exchange student, and is currently studying the Master of Law (International Commercial Law) Program at the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau.

He has extensive experience in various legal fields and mainly engaged in litigation regarding civil law, commercial law, criminal law and administrative law. He also renders non-litigation legal service related to civil law, commercial law, labor law, banking and financial business law, etc., namely preparing legal opinions, drafting contracts in Chinese, English and Portuguese languages, and acting as a perennial legal consultant for enterprises, associations and public institutions.

In terms of social activities, he is currently vice-chairman of governing board of the Macau Legal Exchange and Promotion Association, vice-chairman of governing board of the Guangxi Guigang – Macau Exchange and Promotion Association, member of governing board of Alumni Association of University of Macau Students’ Union and member of supervisory board of Honours College Alumni Association of the University of Macau.
